About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated Supply Chain Specialist to oversee and streamline the flow of materials and work processes across various departments. This role focuses on ensuring that inventory levels align with weekly inbound schedules while effectively managing the eStore's sales requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily and weekly assessments of Sellout and Supply forecasts at the SKU level, leading consensus meetings with eCommerce and Product Marketing teams.
  • Maintain optimal inventory levels, track aging inventory, manage stock-outs, and conduct analyses for new product launches and risk assessments.
  • Oversee the end-to-end status of weekly Stock Transfer Orders (STO) in collaboration with Demand Fulfillment, eCommerce, Business Teams, and Headquarters.
  • Manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) through regular tracking, reporting, and analysis on a weekly and monthly basis.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Strong background in Supply Chain Management with a solid understanding of operational and planning processes.
  • Proficiency in SAP and NERP systems.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Relevant Supply Chain Management experience in the consumer electronics sector within a corporate environment.

Additional Information:

Flexibility to work overtime hours as necessary, including potential weekend shifts.
