Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead our global demand forecasting efforts. As a key member of our Supply Chain Team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our supply chain strategy, optimizing performance across the organization, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a product category PSI team focused on forecasting and inventory management, requiring strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Manage demand forecasts 6 months out to achieve weekly RTF, OTRQ, and revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Business Management, Sales, and Global Operations, to align on AP2 and revenue targets.
  • Review and discuss current month forecasts with Sales leaders and close the gap.
  • Manage SKU-level demand forecasts and AP1/AP2 updates.
  • Implement AP2 buffer processes with Product Marketing.
  • Manage aging and ATS risk.
  • Host weekly S&OP meetings with key stakeholders.
  • Maintain proactive daily communication with inbound and inventory teams.
  • Support weekly Sales meetings with SCM/PM/BM/Sales teams.
  • Develop and present reports on demand changes, revenue projections, aging, and forecast accuracy.
  • Lead and support strategic innovation projects related to product categories.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10-12 years' work experience in supply chain, product management, finance, logistics, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills, with bilingual Korean/English (verbal/written) skills helpful for global operations.
  • Ability to work overtime and on weekends to support international operations.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Excellent analytical and computer skills, with high proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Ability to present to and promote consensus-building at the executive level.
  • Strong math and organizational skills.
  • Project management skills a plus.
