The Supply Chain Operations Analyst plays a crucial role in optimizing the flow of materials and information across various departments. This position involves analyzing production schedules, managing inventory levels, and ensuring that operational processes align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the weekly Collaborative Planning, Forecasting, and Replenishment (CPFR) process with retail partners.
- Develop and communicate accurate forecasts for product demand and supply.
- Ensure precision in order management within the ERP system.
- Identify discrepancies in demand and supply forecasts and implement corrective actions.
- Facilitate internal meetings for Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) to address escalations.
- Monitor supply chain performance metrics, including shipping efficiency and channel risk.
- Present findings and foster consensus among stakeholders in a multicultural environment.
- Execute additional tasks as required to support the supply chain function.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in supply chain or logistics.
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or supply chain management.
- Proficient in forecasting methodologies and analytical techniques.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
- Customer-focused with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
- Experience with Business Intelligence tools is a plus.
- Accuracy of sales forecasts and inventory management.
- Achievement of sales goals and inventory turnover rates.
