We are seeking an experienced Inventory Control Specialist to oversee and manage our inventory operations. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience and demonstrate proficiency in Quickbooks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients through various communication channels
- Assist in the management of equipment and parts from multiple inventory locations
- Receive, organize, and oversee inventory movements to and from storage facilities
- Ensure accurate tracking of inventory levels and maintain comprehensive records
- Collaborate with management to identify and resolve inventory discrepancies and customer-related issues
- Prepare products for dispatch to guarantee the correct materials are shipped
- Create labels, tags, instructions, and shipping documents to ensure proper delivery
- Retrieve parts from stock for shipping via carriers
- Quickbooks proficiency is essential
- Forklift operation experience is preferred
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
