Job Overview

As a Recruiting Manager at Supplemental Health Care Corporate, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and building the company's reputation and brand throughout the market. Your primary responsibility will be to recruit and retain healthcare professionals and clients using the company's core values of Integrity, Candor, Accountability, Respect, and Excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source healthcare professionals through a high volume of outreach across various channels, including phone, text, email, job sites, and social media platforms.
  • Utilize a consultative selling approach to recruit, coach, staff, develop, mentor, and engage different types of healthcare providers, fostering a trusting partnership.
  • Build value with talent to partner with Supplemental Health Care and deliver high-quality experiences for healthcare providers, upholding the company's reputation for excellence.
  • Exceed metrics and target goals to grow revenue through Supplemental Health Care.
  • Negotiate salary and benefits for each applicant in line with SHC's financial objectives, ensuring compliance with industry procedures and state/federal laws.
  • Making a positive impact in communities and healthcare providers' lives while maintaining a fun and engaging work environment.

Requirements:

  • A history of using consultative selling to drive results and hit metrics, including marketing strategies, sales results, and delivering value to prospective talent.
  • Strong communication skills to negotiate and persuade different types of people.
  • Creative problem-solving skills to find answers and create outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
  • An attitude to succeed and be resilient in all situations.
  • The ability to work independently and time-manage work weeks.

Pay Range: Base Pay is $45,000 with uncapped commissions. Salary range may vary due to different state requirements.
