Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet our staffing needs, in collaboration with hiring managers and branch directors.

  • Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for all parties involved.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Recruiter, either in-house or with a staffing agency, with a strong track record of success in identifying and hiring top talent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
