We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to serve as the Operating Room Manager at Versa Recruiting, LLC. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Operating Room Department, ensuring quality and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the Operating Room Department in achieving quality and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with nursing staff, medical staff, and other departments.
- Assume responsibility for the unit in the absence of the Director, considering the needs of patients of all ages.
- Collaborate with the team to provide exceptional patient care, demonstrating knowledge of growth and development and treatment needs.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Utah or a Registered Nurse compact license from participating compact states.
- American Red Cross or American Heart Association Basic Life Support Course (BLS or BCLS) and Certification.
- CNOR certification required or obtained within 12 months of hire.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Master's Degree preferred.
- Two years of leadership clinical experience in a hospital operating room, trauma level experience preferred.
