Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Customer Support Specialist - Healthcare to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to clients across the United States and Canada.
About the Job:
This is a contract position with an estimated salary range of $18-$22 per hour, depending on experience. You will work in a general office environment, primarily handling incoming phone calls and ensuring that all interactions meet the highest standards of quality and security.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone lines and provide excellent customer service
- Follow guidelines dictated in quality programs for each call
- Ensure security procedures are met in every interaction
Requirements:
- 2+ years of call center experience
- Demonstrate customer service skills
- Able to function between two departments and handle incoming calls
