Position Title:
E-Commerce Operations Manager

Overview:
The E-Commerce Operations Manager is a pivotal role within Rang Technologies Inc., reporting directly to the Director of E-Commerce & Digital Strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the various tools and systems utilized by both internal and external stakeholders to optimize the Digital Shelf for our product range.
  • Manage the monitoring, reporting, and analysis of product performance in the eCommerce sector, focusing on search metrics, content standards, inventory status, and customer feedback.

Communication and Strategy:
  • Employ strong communication skills to distill complex digital concepts, educating and empowering teams to achieve strategic eCommerce goals through exemplary Digital Shelf management.

Collaboration:
  • Partner with the Senior Digital Shelf Manager to co-develop customer support and optimization strategies for Tier 1 clients.
  • Formulate syndication and content optimization strategies for Tier 2-4 customers, ensuring effective implementation through agency partners.
  • Provide technical support and platform management for Bottlers' Digital Shelf initiatives.
  • Act as the content manager for eCommerce accounts, collaborating with brand, regulatory, and legal teams to create and launch product content across various eCommerce platforms.
  • Enhance tools and capabilities for online product presentation and information syndication within the eCommerce channel.
  • Lead Marketing and IT projects that support the systems and tools necessary for improving online content across North America.
  • Analyze data from multiple sources, translating insights into actionable opportunities and simplifying information for cross-team sharing.
  • Familiarity with data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau) is advantageous.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
  • 2-3 years of experience in eCommerce, Online Merchandising, Website Management, Product Management, or Project Management.
  • Direct experience with omni-channel environments and/or eCommerce (retail) channels.
  • Knowledge of content management and syndication platforms; understanding of HTML and Python is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), HTML, and Salsify.

Job Type:
Contract

Compensation: $76 per hour
