Role Summary:

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist focusing on Global E-Commerce at Augmentjobs, you will be instrumental in sourcing and securing exceptional talent for our worldwide e-commerce initiatives. Collaborating closely with hiring managers and global HR teams, you will identify recruitment needs, formulate effective hiring strategies, and facilitate a smooth recruitment process. This position demands a comprehensive understanding of the e-commerce sector and the capability to oversee diverse recruitment activities across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment Strategy: Collaborate with hiring managers to create and implement tailored recruitment strategies for global e-commerce roles.
  • Talent Sourcing: Employ various sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, networking, and industry events, to discover and engage potential candidates.
  • Candidate Evaluation: Conduct preliminary screenings and assessments to ensure candidates possess the necessary qualifications and cultural alignment for global e-commerce roles.
  • Interview Coordination: Organize and facilitate interviews between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a professional and seamless experience for all parties.
  • Offer Management: Oversee the offer process, including salary negotiations and onboarding preparations, to successfully secure candidates.
  • Market Insights: Stay informed about e-commerce industry trends and talent market dynamics to provide valuable insights and recommendations to the recruitment team.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Foster and maintain relationships with hiring managers, HR partners, and external recruitment agencies to align on recruitment strategies and needs.
  • Metrics Tracking: Monitor and report on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and candidate satisfaction, to promote continuous improvement.
  • Diversity Initiatives: Advocate for and support diversity and inclusion efforts within the recruitment process to attract a varied talent pool.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: 3 to 5 years in talent acquisition, preferably with a focus on e-commerce or international recruitment.
  • Industry Acumen: Strong knowledge of the global e-commerce landscape and associated roles.
  • Recruitment Tools: Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
  • Sourcing Expertise: Familiarity with various sourcing methods and platforms, including LinkedIn and job boards.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with a knack for engaging candidates and stakeholders effectively.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation capabilities to manage offers and compensation discussions.
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and time management skills, adept at managing multiple recruitment processes concurrently.
  • Cultural Competence: Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and understand the intricacies of global recruitment.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficient in analyzing recruitment metrics and data to inform decision-making and enhance processes.
Education:
  • Degree: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant recruitment or talent acquisition certifications are advantageous.
