POSITION SUMMARY:

The ETRO Operations Associate plays a crucial role in maintaining the effectiveness of back-office functions, which encompass online order fulfillment, shipping logistics, receiving processes, and inventory oversight. The ideal candidate will have a background in the luxury retail industry and demonstrate exceptional attention to detail. Collaboration with team members to meet organizational goals is vital.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and maintain organization within the stockroom
  • Facilitate e-commerce order fulfillment processes
  • Input stock data accurately into the inventory management system
  • Process product transfers to clients or retail locations, ensuring tracking information is provided
  • Manage customer service inquiries via email
  • Ensure optimal presentation of merchandise within the department
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues
  • Relay customer feedback to management
  • Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality
  • Exhibit professionalism in all interactions with management, peers, and clients
  • Demonstrate strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization abilities
  • Adapt to varying schedules and working hours
  • Physically capable of lifting and handling heavy items
Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of experience as an Operations Associate in a retail environment, preferably in luxury retail
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms and inventory management systems
  • Ability to stand for prolonged periods
  • Physically fit to lift, move, and display merchandise
  • Capable of managing physical tasks such as opening and closing doors
