We are on the lookout for a skilled E-commerce Operations Coordinator to become a vital part of our team at CorDx. This position will be crucial in managing our supply chain functions, optimizing stock levels, and ensuring effective logistics management. The ideal candidate will possess substantial experience in managing both Amazon 1P (Vendor Central) and 3P (Seller Central) platforms, playing a significant role in fostering our e-commerce expansion. Familiarity with SPS Commerce, Magento, or similar backend systems is essential. Proficiency in Chinese is advantageous but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supply Chain Oversight: Direct and oversee comprehensive supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory control, and order processing.
  • Inventory Management: Ensure optimal inventory levels to align with demand forecasts while minimizing surplus stock and lowering holding expenses.
  • Logistics Management: Collaborate with suppliers, warehouses, and transportation partners to guarantee timely and cost-efficient product delivery.
  • Amazon Channel Optimization: Utilize expertise in Amazon 1P and 3P channels to enhance product listings, manage vendor partnerships, and boost sales outcomes.
  • Data Analysis and Market Insights: Examine sales and inventory data to uncover trends, predict demand, and make informed decisions to improve supply chain efficiency. Conduct market analysis to support supplier-related choices and propose potential new products.
  • Process Enhancement: Regularly assess and refine supply chain processes to elevate efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall performance.
  • System Utilization: Employ SPS Commerce, Magento, and similar backend systems to oversee supply chain activities.
  • Supplier Engagement/White-label Projects: Participate in supplier selection and manage white-label initiatives to broaden our product range.
  • Collaborative Efforts: Work in tandem with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to synchronize supply chain operations with business goals.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field within an e-commerce context.
  • Thorough understanding of Amazon 1P (Vendor Central) and 3P (Seller Central) platforms.
  • Proficient in SPS Commerce, Magento, or similar backend systems.
  • Strong analytical abilities with the capacity to interpret data and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Experience in market analysis and utilizing data for supplier-related decisions.
  • Supplier selection and white-label project experience is highly preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a knack for effective collaboration across teams.
  • Prior experience in healthcare supply chain management and supplier selection is strongly preferred.
