Key Responsibilities:

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, particularly within the e-commerce or related sectors.
  • Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of e-commerce industry trends, job roles, and necessary skill sets. Familiarity with various e-commerce platforms and technologies is advantageous.
  • Sourcing Skills: Expertise in utilizing job boards, social media, and other sourcing tools. Ability to creatively identify and engage passive candidates.
