Role Summary

Augmentjobs is in search of a skilled and motivated Talent Acquisition Partner with expertise in the E-commerce sector. This role is pivotal in steering the recruitment process, encompassing everything from sourcing and engaging high-caliber talent to facilitating their onboarding. A comprehensive understanding of the E-commerce landscape is essential to identify candidates who excel in a dynamic, digital-first setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Comprehensive Recruitment: Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers for E-commerce positions.
  • Sourcing Strategies: Craft and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract premier E-commerce talent, leveraging social media, job boards, networking, and additional channels.
  • Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with hiring managers and department leaders to grasp their staffing requirements, provide insights, and deliver exceptional candidates.
  • Employer Branding: Elevate Augmentjobs' employer brand within the E-commerce domain by fostering a positive candidate experience and engaging in industry events and job fairs.
  • Market Research: Conduct ongoing market analysis to remain informed about trends in the E-commerce job market and offer data-driven insights to refine recruitment strategies.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a smooth and positive experience for all candidates, from initial engagement through to onboarding.
  • Diversity and Inclusion: Advocate for diversity and inclusion throughout the hiring process, ensuring equitable opportunities for all candidates.
  • Metrics and Reporting: Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics, providing regular updates to leadership regarding hiring progress and challenges.
  • Onboarding Coordination: Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to facilitate a seamless onboarding experience for new hires, aiding their integration into the company culture.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience: 3-5 years in talent acquisition, particularly in recruiting for E-commerce or digital roles.
  • Industry Acumen: Profound understanding of the E-commerce industry, including key roles, skills, and trends.
  • Sourcing Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to source and attract top talent through various channels, including social media and professional networks.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, capable of effectively engaging candidates and stakeholders.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationship-building skills, with the capacity to maintain connections with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
  • Analytical Abilities: Competence in analyzing recruitment data, identifying trends, and making informed decisions to enhance hiring outcomes.
