Position Overview:
The E-Commerce Content Insights Specialist acts as the leading authority on product data for the Digital Content division. This role involves ensuring that team initiatives remain on schedule and align with project expectations. Collaboration with Digital Content Managers and leadership is essential to prioritize tasks and manage team deliverables effectively.
Your primary responsibility will be to oversee product data quality, presentation, and promotional strategies for the merchandising category. You will cultivate and sustain daily interactions with both internal and external stakeholders, including Direct Fulfillment Merchants, business partners, and suppliers, to facilitate data-driven initiatives online.
Core Responsibilities:
30% Establish yourself as the subject matter expert for the designated product category online. Investigate and report on best practices, industry benchmarks, and compliance standards relevant to assigned projects.
10% Manage category product data initiatives and provide status updates on SKU collection and maintenance, online product cross-merchandising, and product presentation.
10% Prioritize projects and tasks to ensure that deliverables and objectives are achieved or surpassed.
10% Coordinate integrated teams from various external agencies or functional units supporting managed initiatives.
10% Address and resolve ongoing operational challenges as they emerge, such as store SKU alignment and online product availability.
Reporting Structure:
This position reports to the Manager of Digital Content.
This role has no direct reports.
Travel Requirements:
Overnight travel is typically less than 10% of the time.
Physical Demands:
Most of the time is spent seated in a comfortable position, with frequent opportunities to move around. Occasionally, there may be a need to lift or move light items.
Work Environment:
Positioned in a comfortable indoor setting. Any adverse conditions would be infrequent and manageable.
Minimum Qualifications:
Must be at least eighteen years of age.
Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.
This role does not have permanent direct reports but requires leadership of a work group: assigning and reviewing tasks, training, and contributing to performance evaluations (excluding hiring, firing, or disciplinary actions).

Basic to intermediate SQL proficiency
Experience in data analysis
Background in E-commerce, data management, and process enhancement
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple responsibilities
