Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Senior Manager to lead our customer service department and drive exceptional service delivery. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment, strong leadership abilities, and excellent communication skills.

This role involves developing and implementing strategic initiatives to optimize departmental performance, enhancing the customer experience, and achieving organizational goals. The ideal candidate will be able to set and monitor departmental KPIs, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

  • Responsibilities and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5+ years' experience in customer service-related industry, preferably in a leadership or management role.
  • Proven track record of leading teams to achieve and exceed performance targets.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills, with comfortability extracting insights from data.
  • Experience working in a performance-driven culture is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
