Chapman Nissan in South Philadelphia is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Representative to join our dynamic Internet Sales Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contact new and existing customers to discuss their needs and preferences.
  • Respond to inbound phone calls and internet inquiries to build customer trust and generate store visits.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and produce referrals.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Collaborate with the BDC Manager to achieve sales goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous sales or customer service experience in the automotive industry.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
