Position Overview

Envision Education is seeking dedicated Physics Educators to join our innovative schools in the Bay Area. This role not only offers a competitive salary but also the potential for additional financial incentives, including a $3,500 Annual MA supplement, a $5,000 Annual Salary Supplement, and a one-time $5,000 Signing Bonus, contingent upon the specific school assignment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design lesson plans that are in alignment with the established curriculum.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's Degree is required.
  • A valid California Teaching Credential or its equivalent is necessary.
  • Proven success in engaging with diverse family backgrounds.
  • Fluency in Spanish is advantageous.

Compensation & Benefits

This position offers a comprehensive compensation package, with total earnings ranging from $62,424 to $100,604, based on experience and qualifications. Additional financial incentives may include:

  • Special Education Supplement: $5,000
  • Second Credential Supplement: $500
  • Master's Degree Supplement: $3,500
  • Doctorate Supplement: $2,000
  • Board Certification Supplement: $5,000
  • Lead Learning Specialist (SPED) Supplement: $10,000

Leadership stipends are also available for:

  • Instructional Lead Team: $5,000
  • Grade Level Lead Team: $5,000
  • Summer Professional Development: $250 per day
