Position Overview

Envision Education is seeking dedicated Physics Educators to join our network of schools in the Bay Area. If you are committed to guiding students towards academic achievement and are enthusiastic about fostering a learning environment centered on equity and career readiness, this opportunity may align with your professional aspirations.

Alongside a competitive salary, this role provides the potential for additional financial incentives, including a $3,500 Annual Master's Degree supplement, a $5,000 Annual Salary Supplement, and a one-time $5,000 Signing Bonus, contingent upon the specific school assignment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement lesson plans that align with the established curriculum.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and coaching sessions.

  • Serve as an advisor and deliver advisory programs.
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues and engage with families.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Possession of a valid California Teaching Credential or equivalent certification.
  • Proven experience working effectively with diverse student populations and families.
  • Fluency in Spanish is advantageous.

Compensation & Benefits

This position offers a comprehensive compensation package, which may range from $62,424 to $100,604, depending on experience and qualifications. Additional financial supplements may include:

  • Special Education: $5,000
  • Second Credential: $500
  • Master's Degree: $3,500
  • Doctorate: $2,000
  • Board Certification: $5,000
  • Lead Learning Specialist (SPED): $10,000

Leadership stipends are also available for:

  • Instructional Lead Team: $5,000
  • Grade Level Lead Team: $5,000
  • Summer Professional Development: $250/day
