Job Summary

The Operations Manager is a key member of the Store Management team at CVS Health, responsible for driving store execution and performance while building consumer loyalty through exceptional customer service. This role requires strong leadership and supervisory skills, with a focus on maintaining an engaged and productive store team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Store Management and Supervision
    • Lead and manage store teams to achieve sales and inventory management goals
    • Implement company policies and procedures to ensure store operations run smoothly
  • Sales and Inventory Management
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
    • Manage inventory levels and optimize stockroom operations
  • Employee Development and Training
    • Recruit, train, and develop store teams to enhance their skills and knowledge
    • Provide coaching and feedback to employees to improve performance
  • Financial Management
    • Manage store finances, including budgeting and forecasting
    • Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify areas for improvement
  • Customer Service Leadership
    • Develop and implement customer service strategies to enhance the shopping experience
    • Lead store teams to provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints
Requirements
  • Education
    • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Experience
    • Previous retail management or supervisory experience required
  • Skills
    • Strong leadership and supervisory skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
