- Operations: Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the hotel, ensuring that all facilities and equipment are in good working order.
- Financial Management: Manage the hotel's budget, ensuring that all financial goals are met and exceeded.
- Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of front office management experience in the hospitality industry.
- Education: High school graduate or equivalent, some college preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in hotel management software.
- Language: Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
