Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Ensure customers receive exceptional service and product quality.
  • Store Operations: Direct workloads, assign staff, and manage inventory levels to achieve product quality standards, labor goals, and service standards.
  • Leadership and Management: Supervise hourly staff, the Local Sales Representative, and provide primary leadership and management to the Production team and store staff.
  • Recruitment and Training: Manage recruiting, hiring, training, and developing employees to build a high-performance team.
  • Financial Management: Assist with the preparation of sales forecasts, manage product availability and shelf life, and maintain store facilities and equipment.
  • Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with operational standards, company policies, federal, state, and local laws and regulations, and maintain a respectful workplace.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3-5 years of retail or restaurant management experience or a related field.
  • Education: An Associate's Degree or general business knowledge equivalent to an Associate's Degree preferred.
  • Skills: Basic understanding of P&L statements, basic computer skills, effective verbal and written communication skills, and Servsafe Certification preferred.
