As a key member of our Microsoft team, you will play a critical role in driving AI and digital technology transformation in partnership with our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to lead a team of account managers, account executives, and account technologies strategists to leverage your large, multi-functional team across the breadth of the Microsoft product portfolio. You will engage at all levels of your customers and bring industry-relevant solutions to help them adopt and embrace digital technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute go-to-market sales strategies to ensure success within your market based on Microsoft's and customer/partner needs.
  • Lead, collaborate with, and empower managers to execute on strategic initiatives, achieve targets, and build and manage pipelines that achieve growth and accelerate customer/partner value realization.
  • Develop talent internally and attract needed talent to Microsoft.
  • Lead teams by example, driving high-value engagements and creating trusting relationships with customers and partners.
  • Coaches teams on, and drives the execution of go-to-market based on customer, partner, and Microsoft needs, and scaling business across markets.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management, Economics, or related field.
  • 8+ years experience in sales, marketing/advertising, managing high performance sales and technical-sales teams, and/or leadership roles in multi-tiered large organizations.
  • 3+ years direct/formal people management experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management, Economics, or related field.
  • 13+ years experience in sales, marketing/advertising, managing high performance sales and technical-sales teams, and/or leadership roles in multi-tiered large organizations.
  • 5+ years experience leading teams and/or managers in a Sales organization.
  • 5+ years direct/formal people management experience.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive base pay range of USD $155,000 - $243,000 per year.
