Job Summary:

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for increasing overall truck sales by providing leadership and strategic direction to achieve maximum profitability and growth in line with the company vision and values.

This role involves developing and implementing business plans, sales strategies, and action plans for assigned Truck Salespersons to drive sales growth and profitability.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and management, with a proven track record of success in the heavy-duty truck industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business plans and sales strategies to drive sales growth and profitability
  • Lead and manage a team of Truck Salespersons to achieve sales targets and goals
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to sales team members to enhance their skills and performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
  • 8+ years of sales and management experience in the heavy-duty truck industry
  • Proven track record of success in sales and leadership roles
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
