Job Title: Customer Care Representative

At CMS Controls, we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Care Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing maintenance contracts, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively manage maintenance contracts to ensure customer satisfaction and value.
  • Provide timely and effective support to customers, including same-day responses to calls and emails.
  • Work closely with the DDC service manager to develop and implement pricing strategies for contract renewals.
  • Actively own and resolve maintenance contract concerns, including billing, collection, and service quality.
  • Meet with top customers regularly to build relationships and identify opportunities for growth.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in HVAC Controls Maintenance sales, customer service, or account management.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with proficiency in Key2Act software, Microsoft PowerBI, and Salesforce.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Broad knowledge of customer expectations and success drivers, with the ability to provide CMS-facilitated solutions based on customer situations.
