Business Development Executive

Chartis Research, a division of Infopro Digital, is a leading provider of research, intelligence, and advisory services focusing on the global financial technology market. With a team of experienced professionals and industry experts, Chartis provides insights and analysis to help organizations make informed decisions in areas such as risk management, compliance, data management, and cybersecurity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and Generate New Business Opportunities: Proactively prospect, generate leads, and network to drive revenue growth.
  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Foster relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations to expand existing client relationships.
  • Provide Consultative Sales Approach: Effectively communicate the value of Chartis Research offerings to potential clients through consultative sales.
  • Prepare and Deliver Sales Presentations: Develop and deliver sales presentations and demonstrations to key stakeholders.
  • Negotiate and Close Deals: Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain Sales Pipeline and Records: Accurately maintain sales pipeline and records in CRM systems.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor analysis.
  • Represent Chartis Research: Represent Chartis Research at industry conferences, events, and client meetings.
Requirements
  • Proven Track Record: Proven success in business development or sales roles.
  • Experience in B2B Sales: Experience selling B2B solutions or services, preferably in the financial technology or professional services industry.
  • Strong Network and Communication Skills: Strong network of industry contacts and excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to Understand Complex Concepts: Ability to understand and effectively communicate complex concepts and solutions.
  • Self-Motivated and Target-Driven: Self-motivated and target-driven individual with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to Work Independently and as Part of a Team: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong Negotiation and Closing Skills: Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Proficient in CRM Systems and MS Office Suite: Proficient in using CRM systems and MS Office Suite.
  • Willingness to Travel: Willingness to travel as required.
