Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Domaine Real Estate. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing exceptional support to our agents and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide administrative support to our agents and clients, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including maintaining a database management system and screening phone calls.
  • Assist with client communication and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
  • Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong technical skills and ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Real estate license preferred, or willingness to obtain a real estate license upon hiring.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary range: $40,000-$50,000 based on experience.
