They will be responsible for developing and executing event plans, aligning with company goals and objectives, and managing event budgets, tracking expenditures, and providing regular financial reports.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. They will be a creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and concepts, and will be proficient in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute event plans for corporate marketing initiatives, brand promotions, and company events
  • Support the Tigard Admin Office in maintaining conference rooms and supporting facilities
  • Collaborate with Marketing & HR teams to create event themes and marketing materials
  • Coordinate with leadership to ensure event alignment with corporate goals and messaging
  • Manage event budgets, track expenditures, and provide regular financial reports
  • Oversee the logistics of events, including setup, execution, and breakdown
  • Conduct pre-event and post-event evaluations to gather insights and measure event success

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Event Management, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in corporate event planning and administrative/clerical experience
  • Proven track record of planning and executing successful corporate events
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategies and brand management
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary: $70,000-$90,000
