Job Summary

As a Clinical Director at Mission Autism Clinics LLC, you will be responsible for providing guidance and mentorship for other Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Master's Level Analysts, and practicum students working in our clinic, as well as overseeing day-to-day clinic operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervision and Mentorship: Provides supervision and mentorship to BCBAs and LBS' within the clinic in accordance with IBHS regulations and clinical best practice.
  • Direct Supervision: Directly supervises all direct care staff, including Senior Registered Behavior Technicians, Master's Level Analysts, and practicum students.
  • Training and Development: Facilitates new staff orientation and Behavior Technician training, develops, schedules, and provides training and support to new BCBAs that join our team.
  • Program Oversight: Oversees completion of RBT course and ensures certifications are obtained in accordance with guidelines, ensures programs and services provided are in compliance with IBHS requirements.
  • Hiring and Performance Management: Involved in hiring of Behavior Technicians, conducts treatment plan audits for each initial and ongoing assessment, and ensures direct care staff have access to a clinical supervisor during all work hours.
  • Quality Assurance: Completes and documents a clinical record review for quality of services provided, conducts performance reviews for each supervisee, and ensures timely conversion of all scheduled appointments.
  • Clinical Operations: Oversees day-to-day clinic operations, coordinates the needs of the facility, and completes and documents a clinical record review for quality of the IBHS provided and compliance, documenting the outcomes of the review quarterly.
  • Quality Improvement: Creates quality improvement plan for those items that were out of compliance, supervises BCBA students, and ensures clients receive consistent treatment, including providing direct services as appropriate.
Requirements
  • Credentials: Credentialed with Behavior Analyst Certification Board as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Education and Experience: Minimum of Master's degree in a related field, Behavior Specialist License or working towards licensure, 3 years with BCBA Certification, and 1 year experience of supervising master level clinicians preferred.
  • Skills: Meets BACB's requirements to provide supervised fieldwork experience to trainees pursuing BCBA credential, experience supervising and training other BCBAs, familiarity with a variety of assessment types, including the ABLLS-R and VB-MAPP, and excellent oral, listening, communication, and self-awareness skills.
