Compensation

Annual Salary: $55,000

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the daily operations of the hospice care facility.
  • Formulate and enforce policies and procedures to guarantee adherence to healthcare regulations.
  • Lead and mentor nursing staff to ensure the delivery of exceptional patient care.
  • Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to develop personalized care plans for patients.
  • Assess and review the effectiveness of patient care services to uphold our commitment to quality care.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in hospice care or a related healthcare sector.
  • Possession of a valid RN (Registered Nurse) license.
  • Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
