Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate patient care assessment, planning, and implementation
  • Work collaboratively with the Program Director and Medical Director to meet program objectives
  • Provide clinical oversight to clinical staff, including Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Certified Medical Assistants
  • Collaborate with other healthcare providers and key hospital personnel to address clinical and patient needs
  • Identify and implement areas of improvement in current processes and procedures
  • Engage in staff development and provide general in-services and individual instruction
  • Provide staff recognition through positive reinforcement and constructive feedback
  • Collaborate with the Program Director to coordinate program objectives from a budgetary and financial perspective
Requirements
  • Current RN license
  • Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
  • One year experience as an RN, with two or more years' experience preferred
  • Prior supervisory experience preferred
  • Wound care certification preferred

Work Environment

The Clinical Nurse Manager will work in a normal office environment, primarily indoors, with exposure to hazards, mechanical equipment, and proximity to moving objects.
