Territory Business Development Manager

Job Summary
The Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Territory Manager is responsible for promoting the company's dermatology portfolio and optimizing business opportunities in targeted physician offices, clinics, and institutions specializing in medical dermatology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement territory business plans to achieve sales goals and objectives.
- Coordinate with the HQ Commercial Team and field-based employees to drive acceptance of promoted products.
- Manage promotional budgets and meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Pharmaceutical and/or medical device sales experience.
- Strong communication skills and business acumen.
- Ability to collaborate, innovate, and deliver results.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
- 3+ years of medical dermatology sales experience.
- Experience selling in complex market access environments.

This individual must possess a positive attitude, be adaptable, and maintain focus on achieving territory business goals. They should be highly motivated, professional, and capable of building trust with their matrix team.
General Responsibilities and Decision-Making Authority
- Reports directly to the Regional Sales Manager.
- Responsible for understanding and leveraging CRM, sales data, and reports.
- Responsible for timely call reporting and expense reporting.
