Your Role: As a vital member of our team, you will engage in a variety of tasks that enhance the overall productivity of our organization. This full-time position operates on a standard Monday to Friday schedule from 9 am to 5 pm, providing a consistent work routine while keeping you actively involved in diverse challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Operations Manager with facility maintenance concerns.
  • Manage inventory and procure office supplies as necessary.
  • Review daily work orders and requests for conference room arrangements.
  • Perform various cleaning and grounds maintenance tasks.
  • Inspect and maintain the cleanliness of outdoor areas.
  • Utilize agency vehicles for pickups and deliveries as needed.
  • Act as a backup receptionist when required.
  • Facilitate the internal distribution of mail and collect outgoing mail.
  • Prepare meeting spaces according to specified layouts for each event.
  • Coordinate with the cleaning team to ensure rooms are tidied post-event.
  • Undertake additional relevant duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Capacity to meet deadlines consistently.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality regarding client and organizational information.
  • Experience working productively in a multicultural environment, demonstrating respect for diversity.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in problem-solving with a detail-oriented and solution-focused approach.
  • Basic computer skills are essential.

Education & Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • One year of relevant experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting up to 50 pounds, standing, walking, bending, and using ladders.
