Role Overview
">We are seeking an experienced K-12 education specialist to join our team in a role focused on customer success. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for managing the entire customer lifecycle, from onboarding and training to renewals.

">Founded in 2011, Edthena is a leading provider of innovative technologies to support educator professional learning and streamline feedback to teachers. Our AI Coach platform guides teachers through coaching cycles, while our Video Coaching platform enables classroom observation and collaboration. ">Responsibilities
">The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the K-12 teacher experience and be able to design and support implementation of our tools within various contexts, including schools, districts, and teacher training organizations. Key responsibilities include:

- Managing the complete customer lifecycle: onboarding, training, and renewals">
- Supporting sales operations activities: contract signatures, invoices, etc.">
- Cultivating champions and developing relationship networks">
- Refining existing account management processes to increase effectiveness">
- Advocating for product changes based on customer feedback">
- Developing and maintaining support resources">
- Providing technical support for users (via Zendesk)">
Requirements
">To succeed in this role, you will need:

- 5+ years of K-12 education-sector experience, with a strong understanding of teaching and classrooms">
- Relevant experience related to managing revenue tied to relationships">
- Excellent written communication skills">
- Tech-savviness, with the ability to learn technology quickly and teach it to others">
- Project/task management skills and attention to detail">
- Good organizational and time-management skills">
Compensation
">We offer a competitive salary range of $58,197-$91,242 annually, based on factors such as skills, responsibilities, education, and relevant experience. Benefits include flexible time off policy, 401k retirement plan with company matching, work-from-home options, healthcare benefits (QSEHRA), and a stock option plan.
