About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Program Manager to join our team at The Gunter Group. As a Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading complex programs and projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Leadership: Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver complex programs and projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
  • Technical Expertise: Utilize your technical expertise to drive program delivery, ensuring that technical solutions meet business requirements and are aligned with industry best practices.
  • Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, project sponsors, and team members, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Program Governance: Establish and maintain program governance structures, including project management offices, to ensure effective program management and control.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks, ensuring that potential issues are addressed proactively and that program delivery is not compromised.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that program deliverables meet quality standards, and that any issues or defects are addressed promptly and effectively.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in program management, with a proven track record of delivering complex programs and projects.
  • Technical Expertise: Deep technical expertise in enterprise software, network, systems, back-end, front-end development, and/or mobile technologies.
  • Certifications: Certification in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Project Management Professional (PMP), Lean Six Sigma, Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), and/or Prosci ADKAR.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to deliver high-quality results.
