Key Responsibilities- Program Leadership: Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver complex programs and projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
- Program Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive program plans, including project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, executives, and project teams.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks, ensuring the delivery of high-quality results.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication plans, ensuring stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the program.
- Problem-Solving: Utilize data-driven approaches to solve complex problems and deliver business outcomes.
- Experience: 5+ years of program management experience in complex business and technology programs for large companies.
- Skills: Deep experience in enterprise program management, project management, business analysis, change management, and/or process improvement methodologies.
- Certifications: Certification in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Project Management Professional (PMP), Lean Six Sigma, Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), and/or Prosci ADKAR.
- Technical Expertise: Deep technical expertise across at least one discipline: enterprise software, network, systems, back-end, front-end development, and/or mobile technologies.
