- Technical Expertise: Utilize your technical expertise to help clients undertake large and complex projects, such as implementing new systems or improving customer experiences.
- Project Management: Collaborate with project managers to ensure program standards are adhered to and oversee all phases of the program.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with various client stakeholders and team members on the initiative, leveraging multiple channels.
- Data-Driven Approach: Utilize a data-driven approach to solving problems and delivering business and organizational outcomes.
- Experience: 5+ years of program management experience in complex business and technology programs for large companies.
- Skills: Deep experience in enterprise program management, project management, business analysis, change management, and/or process improvement methodologies.
- Certifications: Certification in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Project Management Professional (PMP), Lean Six Sigma, Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), and/or Prosci ADKAR.
- Technical Expertise: Deep technical expertise across at least one discipline, such as enterprise software, network, systems, back-end, front-end development, and/or mobile technologies.
- Competitive Salary: Salaries vary and are dependent on considerations such as experience and specific skills/certifications. The base plus target bonus total compensation range for this role is $110,000 to $160,000.
- Benefits: A full suite of competitive health benefits, flexible PTO, a professional development stipend, and work from home stipend.
- Work Environment: The Gunter Group is headquartered in Portland, Oregon, and has team members living in various locations across the United States. Our consultants must have the ability to travel and to work remotely or onsite.
