Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Administrative Professional to join our dynamic Property Management Team at NVT Staffing. This role is crucial in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our property.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Greet visitors and guests warmly, providing assistance with inquiries, check-ins, and check-outs. Address guest issues promptly and professionally to ensure a positive experience.
  • Administrative Support: Manage daily administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and processing reservations and bookings.
  • Front Desk Operations: Handle front desk responsibilities, including but not limited to managing the reception area, maintaining appointment schedules, and coordinating with other departments.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and documentation, including guest information, financial transactions, and inventory of supplies.
  • Coordination: Assist in coordinating property events, meetings, and other administrative functions as needed.
  • Problem Solving: Address and resolve guest complaints and issues, escalating them to management when necessary.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports regarding property occupancy, guest feedback, and operational issues to the management team.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all property policies, procedures, and protocols, including health and safety regulations.
  • Technical Proficiency: Utilize property management systems and other software tools effectively to streamline processes and enhance guest services.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in hospitality, business administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a front desk or administrative role, preferably in the hospitality or property management industry.
  • Skills:
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with property management systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Professionalism: Strong work ethic and commitment to providing a positive guest experience.
  • Flexibility: Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
