Job Description

The Weather Channel is seeking a highly skilled Account Executive to join our team in developing and executing strategic business plans to drive revenue growth in the assigned geographic territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and prospects to identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create customized solutions and proposals to meet client needs
  • Manage and grow existing client relationships to exceed annual revenue goals
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of outside media sales experience, with a minimum of 3 years in digital ad sales
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of the digital advertising landscape
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
