Job Summary:
The Administrative Assistant will play a vital role in the operation of Appalachian Regional Healthcare, Inc. by providing administrative support to the Facilities Maintenance Department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist employees with personnel and labor relations matters.
- Compile and analyze data to inform business decisions.
- Perform various administrative tasks, special projects, and personnel duties as assigned.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and review reports for accuracy.
- Administer payroll functions for employees.
- Review and ensure accuracy of CPT Coding related to charges and collections.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred.
- Associate's degree with two years of experience in administration, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of five years of experience in administration, management, or business-related fields, preferably in a healthcare environment.
