Administrative Assistant Opportunity at AG Adriano Goldschmied

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Vice President of Operations and General Counsel at our Los Angeles office.

About the Role:

  • Provide administrative support to the Vice President and General Counsel, including email management, calendar organization, and meeting coordination.
  • Assist with daily administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Oversee communications on behalf of the Vice President and General Counsel, ensuring timely and effective responses to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Represent the Vice President and the company in meetings, video conferences, and phone calls, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.
  • Manage the work calendar for the Vice President, scheduling meetings and appointments as needed.
  • Coordinate corporate travel, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars.
  • Assist with special projects, such as event planning, report preparation, and data analysis.
  • Ensure confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive or confidential information.

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders.
  • Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive or confidential information.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and other productivity software.
