This is a full-time, in-person, and onsite position. As an Administrative Assistant - Operations, you will be responsible for:
Key Responsibilities:- Providing administrative support to the Vice President and General Counsel, including email management, calendar organization, and meeting coordination.
- Overseeing daily administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Assisting with special projects, such as event planning, travel coordination, and budget management.
- Representing the Vice President and the company in meetings, video conferences, and phone calls.
- Managing the work calendar for the Vice President, organizing and scheduling meetings.
- Coordinating corporate travel and ensuring seamless execution of business trips.
- Assisting with worker's compensation claims and benefits administration for Company employees.
- Managing the company's global seasonal calendar, including updates and follow-ups with internal departments and third parties.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and manage multiple deadlines.
- Effective and clear communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Experience in a fast-paced, multi-faceted environment with a proven track record of success.
