Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Vice President of Operations and General Counsel at our Los Angeles office.
About the Role:
- Provide administrative support to the Vice President and General Counsel, including email management, calendar organization, and meeting coordination.
- Assist with daily administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Oversee communications on behalf of the Vice President and General Counsel, ensuring timely and effective responses to internal and external stakeholders.
- Represent the company in meetings, video conferences, and phone calls, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Manage the work calendar for the Vice President, scheduling meetings and appointments as needed.
- Coordinate corporate travel, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars.
- Assist with special projects, such as event planning, report preparation, and data analysis.
- Ensure confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive or confidential information.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and manage multiple deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and other productivity software.
- Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments and teams.
- Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
