About the Role

Acura of Concord is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Automotive Sales Professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach and lead management.
  • Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide personalized recommendations for new and pre-owned vehicles.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest features and benefits of our vehicles, and be able to effectively communicate this information to customers.
  • Sales and Closing: Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively communicating the value proposition of our vehicles and closing deals.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other sales team members and departments to ensure seamless communication and a positive customer experience.
Requirements
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
  • Product Knowledge: Strong knowledge of new and pre-owned vehicles, including features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Sales Experience: Proven sales experience in the automotive industry, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a positive and supportive attitude.
