Logistics Support Specialist

We are currently seeking a dedicated Parts Runner/Warehouse Associate to join our Warehouse Team. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities:

- Timely delivery of parts to technicians.
- Effective communication with technicians and coordination of orders with suppliers as needed.
- Ensuring proper packaging and labeling of items for transportation.
- Loading and unloading of parts and supplies as required.
- Organizing incoming parts from vendors and job sites into warehouse inventory.
- Identifying and reporting any missing, lost, or damaged materials to the supervisor immediately.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization within the warehouse.
- Providing accurate and timely documentation of work performed.
- Ensuring security protocols are followed at dock doors.
- Driving to various job site locations within the DC Metro area.
- Adhering to all safety protocols and wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at the warehouse and job sites.
- Safely operating vehicles and equipment, reporting hazards and risks to maintain a secure working environment.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent education and experience.
- 0-2 years of relevant experience.
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Ability to obtain a DOT certification for box truck within the first 90 days of employment.
Compensation:
Compu Dynamics offers a competitive pay range of $18—$22 USD.
