Catering Sales Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Catering Sales Coordinator to join our team at Aramark. This role is responsible for the sales and management of the food service operation, ensuring that appropriate quantities of food are prepared and served.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain food production that ensures the safety and quality of food according to policies, procedures, and department requirements.
- Ensure that food items are stored in a safe, organized, and hazard-free environment.
- Maintain all serving schedules; ensure that all food items are served per menu specifications in a safe and appropriate manner according to departmental policies and procedures.
- Maintain a sanitary department following health and safety codes and regulations.
- Collaborate with the event planning team to ensure seamless execution of events.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create customized menus and offerings for clients.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to generate repeat business.
- Accountable for managing financial resources and optimizing profit margins.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure bookings.
- Must be willing to work event-based hours.
- Must read, write, and understand verbal instructions.
- Must complete a sanitation course either before or during the first year as a lead.
- Ability to perform basic arithmetic.
- Maintain emotional control under stress.
- Ability to resolve interpersonal situations.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Minimum Education/Certification - High School Diploma/GED.
