We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Catering Coordinator to join our team at Potbelly Tampa. As a key member of our catering team, you will be responsible for managing and organizing the backline business, driving sales through building relationships with local businesses, current customers, and BIG FISH.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and organize the backline business, including sales, planning, and coordination of daily catering and backline orders.
  • Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, current customers, and BIG FISH to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Lead daily sales efforts to increase revenue for catering and backline orders.
  • Identify new business opportunities and maintain existing business relationships.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to discuss daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals and sales opportunities.
  • Act as a mentor and trainer for associates training on backline operations, ATO, and sales effectiveness.
  • Assign and coordinate delivery drivers for each order and coordinate associates to assist in backline peak duties.
Requirements
  • High school degree or equivalent.
  • Strong sales skills and ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and have a sense of urgency.
  • Strong multi-tasking skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work as a team-player and be a top performer.
