About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Executive to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our accounts team, you will play a crucial role in growing our clients' businesses and overall brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and assist the Accounts Management Team in growing the client's business and overall brand.
  • Earn and keep each client's respect and confidence as a trusted advisor, bringing value to their business through a strong commitment to success, consistent performance, and the ability to work with a team to develop a wide range of ideas and solutions.
  • Oversee processes, deliverables, and timelines while managing and mentoring junior-level team members.
Requirements
  • 4-6 years of experience working for a leading brand, advertising, or digital/social agency.
  • Demonstrated experience working with major brands, preferably retail or restaurant brands, to support strategic brand communications using integrated marketing campaigns.
  • A willingness to roll up your sleeves and be a relentless collaborator, leader, and innovator, with a desire to never stop learning or growing.
  • Unmatched work ethic and motivation to deliver exceptional results, measuring success by results and willing to do what it takes to deliver.
  • Excellent analytical skills, commitment to client objectives, and proven ability to manage expectations.
  • Effective time-management, impeccable organization, and the flexibility to adapt quickly to changes.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, articulate, straightforward, and engaging.
