Position Overview:
This is an ONSITE, Client-Facing position requiring prior experience in an advertising agency. The Senior Account Executive will collaborate with the Accounts Management Team to drive client business growth and enhance brand visibility. This role demands earning the trust and respect of clients as a reliable advisor, delivering value through unwavering commitment to success and consistent performance. A profound understanding of client business and consumer behavior is essential. The Senior Account Executive will oversee project processes, deliverables, and timelines while mentoring junior team members.

- Ability to comprehend, refine, and articulate brand strategies, business objectives, activation plans, performance metrics, and relevant outcomes.
- Identify and leverage opportunities to meet client business goals; serve as the primary contact for clients.
- Develop the capability to communicate agency insights to clients in a manner that informs decision-making and leads to optimal brand outcomes.
- Create client-ready presentation materials and documents that effectively convey the agency's perspective in a thoughtful and relevant manner.

Qualifications:
- 4-6 years of experience in a leading brand, advertising, or digital/social agency.
- Proven experience collaborating with major brands, ideally in retail or restaurant sectors, to support strategic brand communications through integrated marketing campaigns.
- A proactive approach to collaboration, leadership, and innovation, with a strong desire for continuous learning and growth.
