As an Operations Support Specialist for Wyndham Destinations, you will play a crucial role in providing quality assistance for our Sales and Marketing operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to our guests, business partners, and team members
  • Identify opportunities to enhance our customer service or operational processes
  • Gather and/or verify data during guest interactions to guarantee an exceptional experience
  • Safeguard company assets through all interactions
  • Comprehend and apply operational procedures that guide our business
  • Assist with new initiatives and support teams affected by these changes
  • Maintain various reporting requirements on a daily, weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis
  • Effectively utilize available resources (team, leadership, procedural guides, etc.) to provide prompt assistance to inquiries
Qualifications:
  • Experience in data validation and reporting or addressing inquiries from onsite business partners
  • Support the integration of new processes and procedures
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Availability to assist the business during weekends and holidays
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service with enthusiasm

Compensation
Starting at $22.02 per hour. The actual hourly rate for selected candidates will be determined based on various factors, including experience, education, skills, training, and work location.
